Design tools include the latest versions of SolidWorks, SDRC I-DEAS, Pro-Engineer, AutoCAD and EdgeCam 3D CAM software.

TEST AND DEVELOPMENT
Two engine test cells
One with an ultra low inertia hydraulic dynamometer rated at 400Kw (540 bhp) at 10,000 rpm. The other with a precision eddy current dynamometer rated at 200 Kw (270 bhp) at 12,000 rpm. Both cells have fully automated control, monitoring and data acquisition systems using the latest Schenck-Ricardo software linked to a Horiba EXSA 1500 emissions analyser, incorporating THC (FID), CO & CO2 (NDIR), Nox (CLA), and O2 (MP). This includes Lambda/AFR calculation with output logged by the Taskmaster system. Each cell is linked to an AVL 730 gravimetric fuel flow balance with 1800g measuring vessel.  For a low cost quote for test cell rental e-mail here.

MANUFACTURING
Our fully equipped machine shop also includes conventional lathe, conventional mill, surface grinder, universal grinder, gas, MIG and TIG welding.

ENGINE BUILD SHOP
Two separate ‘clean’ engine build shops equipped with all the usual facilities.
